All Victoria-n products are copyright, intellectual property, and trademarks of VN Victoria-n. None of the copyrighted images and text can be used without permission.

Privacy Policy

UNDERWEAR

All underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any underwear returned to us will be discarded and NO refunds or exchanges will be issued, regardless of condition or packaging. No exceptions.

BOOKS AND CDs

We will issue an exchange of CDs, Audio CDs, books and T-shirt items within 14 days. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for more than one.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. Books, CDs/Audio CDs, and T-shirt (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition)

Items (Books, CDs/Audio CDs, and T-shirt) must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.

Please note our Book & CDs are shipped in a priority envelop or box. Customers are responsible to inspect the products for damages through the clear plastic before opening it. Do not open the plastic if the product is damaged. Send the item back to us with its original wrapped plastic and we will be happy to exchange it for you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns shrink-wrapped items that have been opened.

Bulk orders of 3 or more copies are non-returnable.

Customers pay for shipping of their exchange return items.

Shipping weekly

Last orders must be made every Monday. Products are shipped every Wednesday of the week.

We only ship products Priority Mail in USA and Canada at the present time. We can ship up to five books or CDs per box or envelop. Special arrangement can be made for more than five products. Please email us your request.
